We opened our latest building, 3330 SE Division, on September 1 and welcomed a number of new residents into the building.

The buildings first retain tenant, Studio Blue, is up and running. We extend a warm welcome to the owners, Joanne and Dan. We feel that Studio Blue is a fabulous (and beautiful) addition to the street.
